Already spoken to one of our team members and want to make an auto shipping reservation? Call American Auto Transport today at (954) 745-8950 and provide the following information:

• Contact information (name and phone number) for pickup and drop-off at the Matson ports
• The color, year, make, and model of your vehicle
• Your license plate number
• Your vehicle identification number (VIN)

After we’ve received this info, you’ll be provided with a Matson booking number. You’ll also need the following information for dropping your vehicle off at the port:

• A government issued photo ID (e.g. Driver’s License)
• A document proving your VIN number is correct (e.g. your title, registration, or insurance card)

Your current registration

If there is lien against your vehicle, you’ll also need a signed letter from your lien holder indicating their permission to ship your vehicle

Make sure that the person picking up or dropping off your vehicle at the port is either the owner of the vehicle or is listed with Matson.

You must also make sure that your vehicle is correctly prepared in order to be shipped. Here is a checklist of what preparations must be made in order to get your vehicle transported:

• Your vehicle must have less than ¼ tank of gas
• Your vehicle must be fully operational
• Your vehicle must have an intact windshield and windows
• Your vehicle must have a fully functional emergency brake
• Your vehicle must be clean and free of any personal effects
