It is important that we be able to contact you or your contact at various stages throughout the car shipping process, so provide the best number or numbers to reach you with. We also need to know about any modifications to your vehicle BEFORE your vehicle is assigned to a vessel. When making your reservation, please advise your representative of any modifications made to your vehicle that affect its weight, height, or ground clearance. Modifications like these do affect what type of vessel we will need to move your vehicle, so please let us know about them as soon as possible. Once all this information has been given, we will take a major credit or debit card to finalize your reservations. Please note that WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MAKE ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. Your card will only be charged once we have a driver confirmed to pick your vehicle up and only with your expressed consent. From this point, American Auto Transport’s dispatch department will handle the rest.
