Q: I need my vehicle picked up on one day and one day only. Can you do this for me?

A: This question is somewhat difficult to answer. Our standard policy is for pickups within a 2-day window. Along some routes and with certain types of vehicles, it is possible to do pickups within a 1-day window. However, the Snowbird routes tend to be quite busy and availability is usually limited, so it may be difficult to do this without paying a premium.

Q: I have some personal belongings that I’d like to ship along with my vehicle. Is this possible?

A: Yes! You can pack some personal belongings in your vehicle during shipping. The only qualification is that the total weight of these goods does not exceed 100 lbs. A common request is to store some luggage in the vehicle. In our experience, you can store just about everything that you’d check on a flight in your trunk without going over the weight limitation.

Q: Do I have to pay for my auto shipping up front?

A: No, you don’t. You’re given the option of paying the balance at either pickup or delivery. However, we will need to take a fully refundable deposit which will be deducted from the total price before your vehicle is picked up.

Q: My friends are coming down for the winter, too. Do you offer group discounts?

A: Yes! We do offer discounted rates. If you have more than one vehicle that you’d like to ship, we can help you do it cheaply! Tell your friends and save!

Q: I’m getting a lot of high prices. How do I get the best rate for auto shipping?

A: The easiest way to get the best price is to make your reservations early and often. This means that you should make arrangements at least 2-3 weeks in advance. To save the most money, book a round trip!
